Dr Stoddard and his staff are AMAZING! Thank you so much for making me feel right at home at a dental clinic.(who would’ve thought that was possible!) I appreciate how knowledgeable and attentive Dr Stoddard was and how he explained my treatment plan to where I could truly grasp why I needed certain procedures. I went to harbour heritage the other day for the first time and was soo pleased with my experience! from the moment I walked in - I was greeted by multiple people and every person was sure to ask me how my day was going and seemed genuinely interested. Carlos at the front is so friendly & just a pleasure to speak to. Ida did my X-rays and she was so gentle knowing that I was in a lot of oral pain. She even held my hand while I got my tooth pulled, cheered for me throughout and calmed me down when I was nervous. Dr. Stoddard was very sweet! Not your average dentist demeanor. He was thorough and supportive while he pulled my tooth out. He talked me through every step of the process, explained everything to me and allowed me to share my precious experiences & concerns without me feeling like he didn’t care or like he was rushing me. He was extremely professional and I could tell he knew what he was doing. I enjoyed them all so much (something I never thought I’d say about a dental office) & I already recommended them to a friend of mine who mentioned she needs a new dentist.
