We had the best experience. The facility is brand new and everything is kept well. The staff was very friendly, extremely professional and everyone each interacted not only with us well but one another and you could really tell they're a great dynamic team together. Our daughter is only 12, did x-rays, cleaning and fluoride. They made her feel comfortable, took excellent care of her, and I felt as a parent they were very personable, relatable, and provided great information. They have great online systems, forms, alerts, and I didn't have to ask twice for something (they provided an electronic and printed note quickly for my daughter that she needed). They support other foundations as well, have great information on the dentists there, and the dentists themselves were visible, friendly and down to earth. Very pleased and would highly recommend. *If your dentist has a longer wait, I'd definitely make the switch. Starting as a new patient quickly was quick and easy!
